A quick follow-up on our last update!

Hey everyone!
This one will be quick. After some back and forth with our printer we were able to get confirmation that the Tip-Ins will be shipped out for Travis to sign on the week of February 19th. Once we have confirmation that they've actually shipped, we'll let y'all know! (Fingers crossed for no further delays on these! 😅)
Once Travis has them, we'll also try to get a picture of him hard at work signing them all!
Small Printing Delay!

Hey, everyone!
As we've mentioned in previous updates, we were expecting to get the signature pages in Travis' hands in the first half of the month. Unfortunately, there was a small delay with the printer, so they haven't been shipped out yet. Fortunately, we're still very much ahead of schedule, so this isn't much more than a minor hiccup.
We'll post another update as soon as we hear from the printer!

Howdy, all!
With the start of the new year, we're getting things back up and running! As we wait on those signature sheets for Travis, we wanted to take a moment to update something on the customer service side of things.
Retiring our old Wraithmarked Contact email...
If you have supported our campaigns in the past, you may have seen us make mention of "[email protected]". Until now, this has been our primary method of customer support outside of messages here on Kickstarter. It's been a useful, but imperfect solution, so we've moved to something a little more robust.
Going forward, if you require email-based support, please follow the steps below:
Send your support request to "[email protected]". Please be as detailed as possible.
Shortly after receiving your email, our ticketing system will generate an automated response informing you of your unique request number.
Depending on our workload, we will try to reply to your request in 1-2 business days. We do not answer support requests on US Holidays or Weekends.

Hi, Everyone!
Just checking in to wish you all happy holidays! Like we mentioned in the previous update, we're still waiting on the signature Tip-ins for Travis, but we still anticipate they'll get to him by mid-January.
Once Travis has them we'll be sure to get a picture of him signing away! (Signing all of those has got to hurt!)

Signature Tip Ins

Hi All!
Similar to our last update, there's still some work to be done on the tip-ins. We've had some back and forth with the printer about their printing specifics, which has slowed down that process a little, but it won't be enough to be concerned about. At this point, with the winter holidays around the corner, we're expecting to get those to Travis sometime in early January.
